We wanted more than just locks and clues. We wanted moments that make people feel something. Whether it’s the rush of solving a final puzzle, the laughter after a jump scare, or the teamwork that brings everyone closer, that’s what keeps our hearts in every room we build.

From our first escape to today, one thing has never changed. We pour our creativity, love, and a touch of mischief into every experience. Because to us, it’s not just about escaping a room. It’s about creating memories worth getting lost in.

🐾 Our Rescue Family ❤️

At A Harrowing Escape, our hearts don’t just belong to puzzles. They belong to the animals we rescue too. We’ve made it part of our mission to give a home to those who might otherwise be overlooked, offering love, safety, and a place where they truly belong.

Each rescue becomes part of our family, bringing joy to our team and comfort to our guests. When they grow older and it’s time for them to retire from the busy life of the business, our COO welcomes them home to live out their golden years surrounded by love, friends, and peace.

And when one chapter ends, another begins. We open our doors once more to a new rescue in need, because every soul deserves a chance at happiness and a forever home.

RETIRED!

Embers

Embers was rescued by our family after being abandoned and left alone in an apartment for three weeks without food or water. With time, care, and endless love, he transformed into one of the sweetest cats we’ve ever had the joy of calling family.

He loves being brushed, chasing the laser pointer, and sneaking around corners to playfully grab at people’s feet. Now happily retired, Embers lives with our COO and her other pets, spending his days surrounded by comfort, friendship, and peace — exactly what he always deserved.
